With expertise in Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), CAD, and BIM software, Parham excels in delivering projects on budget and schedule. His strong leadership and communication skills ensure effective coordination among architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders. VDC Specialist
Role: Manage integration of VDC technologies into project workflows to optimize planning, coordination, and execution.
Responsibilities: Scenario simulations, 4D scheduling, real-time monitoring, clash detection, resolving design conflicts, collaborating with BIM Modelers, Data and AI Specialists, and Operations Manager.
Requirements: Experience in construction processes, proficiency in VDC platforms, strong communication skills.
VDC Consulting Specialist
Role: Deliver expert consulting services for adopting and integrating advanced VDC tools and workflows.
Responsibilities: Needs assessments, platform selection and customization, data-driven analysis, creating integration roadmaps, delivering targeted training programs.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, deep understanding of VDC technologies, strong client relationship skills.
BIM Modeler
Role: Create, manage, and refine BIM models to support high-quality VDC services.
Responsibilities: Develop accurate 3D models, clash detection, maintain model accuracy, generate construction documentation, collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
Requirements: Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks), strong understanding of construction design principles.
Data and AI Specialist
Role: Leverage data analytics and AI technologies to optimize VDC services.
Responsibilities: Analyze project data, develop predictive models, implement AI-powered tools, risk assessment, scenario simulations, optimize resource allocation.
Requirements: Proficiency in data analytics, AI technologies, understanding of construction workflows, ability to communicate complex findings.
Reality Capture Specialist
Role: Utilize advanced tools to create accurate digital representations of construction sites.
Responsibilities: Conduct site surveys, capture and process data with 3D laser scanners and drones, integrate data into BIM and VDC platforms, quality assurance of captured data.
Requirements: Expertise in reality capture technologies, proficiency in software such as Autodesk ReCap, understanding of construction workflows.
